Gami - Apple Watch Watch Strap by Tauruscamp
Gamistrap is a simple, unique, origami-inspired watch strap originally designed by Tauruscamp.
It transforms two pieces of leather into a distinctive watch strap through precise folds and loops, with precisely cut geometry.
Natural Wrist Curve
Gamistrap features a specifically engineered curve that follows the natural shape of the wrist for a comfortable fit.
Smooth Leather Contact
Its unique folding arrangement gives you the smooth, finished side of the leather partly underneath the strap, reducing contact between the skin and the rougher side of the leather.
Apple Watch Case Size
Small — 38/40/41/42mm
Large — 42/44/45/46/49mm
Check the back of your Apple Watch to find the case size (e.g., 40mm, 44mm or 46mm). The size is engraved on the watch itself. Match this number with the options above to select the correct strap connector.
Note: For 42mm Apple Watches, select Small for Series 10 or newer, and Large for Series 3 or earlier.
Strap Width (Fixed):
Small — 20mm wide strap
Large — 22mm wide strap
Wrist Size
Gamistrap is available in five sizes to accommodate different wrist circumferences.
X-Small: 135–150 mm
Small: 150–165 mm
Medium: 165–180 mm
Large: 180–195 mm
X-Large: 195–210 mm
Measure your wrist circumference where you normally wear your watch. Medium fits most adult wrists.

DIY – Size to Fit
For those who prefer a more personalised fit, we offer a DIY option that allows you to trim the strap tail to your desired length.
The process is simple and requires only a few basic tools. Please refer to the blog for instructions. Drop an order note, if you want this option.
Leather & Materials
Most Gamistrap colours are crafted from Pueblo leather. Pink and Yellow are made from Maine Liscio leather, while the hand-dyed versions use natural Buttero leather.

Strap Thickness
The Gamistrap is approximately 1.5 mm thick, with a natural variation of ±0.1–0.2 mm depending on the leather. If you have specific thickness requirements, please contact us before placing your order.
Natural Leather Break-In
Gamistrap is crafted from full-grain leather, which may feel a little firm during the first few wears. As the leather naturally softens and settles with use, the strap becomes more flexible and easier to wear.
Pair It with a Wallet

Custom Sizing
If you have an unusual lug width or a wrist size that isn't listed, just reach out to us with your measurements, and we'll be happy to make a Gamistrap specifically for your watch and wrist for an additional cost.
