Every wallet we produce is carefully handcrafted to order. Crafting our high-quality wallets requires meticulous attention to detail. Therefore, there will be a making time as per our current schedule (Here), although we aim to complete orders sooner as we work through our backlog.

We have customers from all around the world placing orders as we support all standards of currencies.

 
Generally, the international shipping times differs depending on which country you are in.

We utilize express shipping services for several countries (including the US, UK, Canada, etc.) to provide comprehensive door-to-door tracking. Packages generally arrive within 5-6 days, although some destinations may require different courier services with slightly varied delivery estimates. If you would like a more accurate estimate, please contact us through the chat window on this page. Our total turnaround time is the sum of our Production Time + Delivery Time.

Tracking

For the majority of our shipments, we supply a tracking link. This allows you to follow your parcel's journey in real-time as it makes its way to your destination. Please ensure you provide a physical address where there will be someone available to receive the package. Additionally, confirm that your phone number and email address are accurate and up-to-date, to facilitate seamless communication with the courier service.

Import Duty, Taxes and Fees

Please note that some countries (Generally Europe, the UK, and Canada) may charge customs duties or fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient. If you are unsure, we recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.​​

US Tariff update

There are no import duties or tariffs for orders shipped to the United States below USD $800 in value.
This threshold is based on current US customs regulations (Section 321 de minimis).​

Return Policy

We generally accept returns for most non-customised items. For specific return policies, feel free to inquire before making your purchase. 

​

Conditions for returns

​

  1. We accept returns if you've changed your mind about a product. The item must be shipped back within 14 days after its arrival. Refunds will be processed after we've received the item in its original condition and original packaging. Any signs of use or marks on the item will disqualify it for a return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs and return costs are non-refundable.

  2. If we mistakenly ship an incorrect item, please contact us at contact@tauruscamp.com, and we will promptly correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.

  3. As our items are individually handcrafted, they may have unique characteristics. These may include slight color variations, unique patterns inherent to hand dyeing, minor residue from the agents used to protect the leather or signs of hand work (such as small marks or scratches). We do not accept return for such charecteristics. We carefully inspect all our products to ensure there are no defects affecting functionality before shipping. If you discover a defect that compromises functionality, please contact us to discuss the issue. We will accept a return after communicating and agreeable by us on the defect. Please wait for our confirmation before returning the product.

  4. We do not accept returns on customised orders.

  5. Returns on Shell Cordovan products are not accepted due to their premium material cost and distinctive leather characteristics.

Cancellations

We cannot accept cancellations as we begin sourcing materials as soon as an order is placed.

Customisations

​

We are open to a limited range of customisation requests. Please note that all such requests will be fulfilled to the best of our ability, within the boundaries of our crafting capabilities.

Delays and lost Shipments

​

In case of shipping delays/transit issues/lost packages, we will assist you with our best efforts to track the status contacting the shipping service used.
