Shipping Policy

All the wallets are order to make. We craft one by one by hand without rushing as handcrafting requires a lot of attention. The making time is less than 2 weeks with the current load. It could be earlier as we manage to finish the order backlog.

We have customers from all around the world placing orders as we support all standards of currencies.

Generally, the international shipping times differs depending on which country you are in.

We use express shipping for most countries (US, UK, Canada etc.,), so that you have better tracking door-to-door. Mostly the parcel arrives in 5-6 days. For some countries we use different courier services with slightly different delivery estimate. If you would like to know the best estimate, please drop us a message via the chat window on this page and we will respond  to you immediately. Total turn-around time will be Making Time + Delivery Time.

We will be be pretty accurate on the making time. Kindly let us know if you have any concerns. Happy to address them at our best efforts. 


For most shipments, we will provide you with a tracking link to get the status update while the parcel is on the way to your address.

Return Policy

We happily accept returns for all the "non-customised" items, the item has to be shipped back to us within 14 days in original condition as it was shipped. The buyer is responsible for the return post and the cost. Cancellations are accepted if it contacted within 24 hours.

Conditions for returns

1. We happily accept returns if you had a change of mind after receiving the product. The item has to be shipped back to us within 14 days after arriving at the destination. The refund will be processed after we receive the product in the original condition. We spend several hours crafting each wallet with great attention and simply are not able to afford to accept products back in anything other than the original condition. It must also be returned in original packaging. Any signs of use, marks on the item will mean it is not eligible for a return. Buyer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Any original shipping costs and return costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective upon delivery due to a fault of our own.

2. Mistake happens, we are humans. If it happened that we shipped a wrong package, or even the wrong wallet, we are happy to correct the mistake. Just get in touch with us via and we will do our best with no cost on you.

3. All the items we sell are hand crafted individually by a small team. Unlike factory/machine made brands, some imperfections in our final product makes it special and we embrace them as a part of the work. This will include slight variations in color, unique patterns found in hand dye, some residue from the finishing agents we use to protect the leather etc., This will no way affect the quality nor the functionality of the product. But if there is a defect that affected the functionality of the wallet, we will immediately accept a return after we communicate and agree on the defect. Kindly wait for our confirmation before returning the product.


4. We don't accept returns for customised orders, unless there was a defect that affected the functionality of the product.

Import Duty, Taxes and Fees

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes, duties or associated fees when parcel reaches the destination country. If this occurs, it must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies sometimes to Europe, UK and Canadian orders. If you are unsure, please check your local customs website for more information before placing the order.

In case of shipping delays or transit issues, we will assist you with our best efforts to track the status contacting the shipping service used.
